I'm back on the road, presenting this week in Springfield MO & Little Rock AR. We're doing a variety of topics from Object Oriented Programming fundamentals to ASP.NET 2.0 Membership & Personalization. I really enjoyed my time in town, the people are great.
One thing I did different this time through is that instead of playing music with the Dancing Scooby before the show, I played the new TV show that my boss is putting together, the Code Room. It's a reality show that trys to find who the best developers are. After an MSDN session, 3 attendees are taken to a room where they attempt to meet a challenge based on the information they supposedly just learned. They have a laptop, no notes, and a couple partially charged batteries. We get to see their approach and how they worked together.
I got great feedback from my attendees, and they're looking forward to seeing more episodes. I guess it's time to get to work and make it happen.
